Platform/Goal - I was not born a letter carrier nor a union leader, but I realized I had opportunities to make a difference as I traveled through life. In that time came experience, with experience came knowledge, with knowledge, leadership skills are developed and grown. With growth comes the ability to cultivate and grow new leaders and help them perfect their skills so that nothing is ever lost as time moves on, listening and learning from them, so that the experienced may grow as well. Yesterday's brand-new letter carrier will become tomorrows leader, having grown and developed, with guidance and direction from the experienced. One must know the past to appreciate the future, it is not a given but an earned benefit that we all MUST understand. TOGETHER WE ARE BETTER!Â
